I'm not getting my login link
Login uses a magic link sent to your email — no password. Check your spam/promotions folder for an email from login@siteryo.com, and make sure you entered the same address you signed up with. The link expires after a short while, so request a fresh one if it's been sitting a while. Still nothing? Email us and we'll help.
How do billing and refunds work?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy includes a link to manage or cancel your subscription. Publishing on a subdomain is $5/month; a one-time download is $25. See our Terms for refund details, or email us with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
How do I publish or unpublish my site?
From the editor, use Take my site live to publish to your-name.siteryo.com. A published site stays live while your subscription is active. To take it down, unpublish from your dashboard or just email us.
How do I edit my site after publishing?
Log in at your dashboard, open your site, make changes (including AI chat edits), and choose Save changes — updates go live right away.
Can I add my own contact details, photos, or social links?
Yes. Use Edit contacts in the editor to set your phone, WhatsApp, booking link, social profiles, and address. Buttons that don't have a real contact yet stay inactive until you fill them in.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email us from your account address and we'll delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
