These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Siteryo ("Siteryo", "we", "us", "our"), an online service that generates single-page websites and, optionally, hosts and publishes them. By creating a website, making a purchase, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Siteryo is operated by Ievgenii Kryvin (sole proprietor), based in Greece. Contact: svitlo5000@gmail.com. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller of record for transactions.
Siteryo lets you describe your business and generates a ready-to-use single-page website using predefined, professionally designed templates filled with AI-generated content. Generation and preview are free. Paid options unlock the ability to download, publish, host, or continue editing your website.
Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice. All payments, taxes, receipts and billing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
For subscription plans, your published website remains live only while your subscription is active. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the published site may be unpublished or paused. One-time downloads are yours to host wherever you choose.
You retain ownership of the text, images and information you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display Your Content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material (including photos) you upload, and that Your Content is lawful and accurate.
The generated website produced for you is yours to use for your business. The underlying templates, design system, software and platform remain the property of Siteryo.
You agree not to use Siteryo to create or publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, malicious, or that impersonates others. We may refuse, unpublish, or remove any site, and suspend accounts, that violate these Terms.
Website content is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your website before publishing it. We do not guarantee that generated content is error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
Because generation, preview and editing are free before purchase, one-time downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges. Refund requests are handled together with Lemon Squeezy and considered in line with applicable consumer-protection law. See our refund contact below.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siteryo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
